First time MA practitioner, recommendations for which style to go for first?

Title. No previous experience, I teresred in MMA but would like to start by learning one style first, at least to some proficiency. I’ll skip the boring preamble and just give you some info about me that may help.

Me: 24M, 245lbs, 6ft4

Fitness: dad bod tbh. But I have been going to the gym the last 3 months for cardio and endurance training. Not fat, just not muscled either.

Goal: Learn for fun/as a hobby. Meet new people. Better my mental focus and physical abilities. Self-defense is a hypothetical possibility, but of course I’d rather avoid getting in one to begin with

Other details: -Never sparred, want to do so and overcome the fear -Not an overly competitive person, very easygoing, but can always get serious when needed -College student, school and work also a priority -Started upper body training just recently, but muscles are still not really there.

I’m considering either BJJ, Judo, Gracie JJ, or possibly just go straight to an MMA gym. Given this bio of me, which seems better suited to someone my style/level?
