I’m In early 20s. No background in martial arts only other sports. I’ve been training bjj about a year and mauy Thai a few months. My end goal would be to compete in MMA in next few years.
Would I be better off getting really good at one and focusing my time on one until I have a really good base or doing them both simultaneously? I feel like I make more progress in grappling when im only training grappling and studying that one art outside of gym time vise versa with mauy Thai.
