Got a last minute match on Saturday with weigh in on Friday morning. I need to be at 185 and I’m at 198. I need some help with my water cut because I don’t know if I’ll make the weight. My plan was this:
2 gallons drank today 1 tomorrow 1/2 Wednesday 1/4 Thursday morning Nothing until after weigh in.
I just started drinking water today, you think I can make it or should I up my water intake even more?
