I found out recently that the hardest kick measured on the ufc machine was from Joe Rogan (might be outdated), and that it was still like 5000 points lower than Francis Ngannou’s punch. I don’t do mma, but I always though you generally kick a lot harder than you punch as your legs will be far stronger than your arms, so does Francis have monstrous kicks as well or his he just a pure upper body striker?
